But for some of us, mental health issues can be quite real and have serious consequences if we aren’t diagnosed and treated.

The stigma about mental health still exists, but we can do some easy things to spread awareness and bring people together. Encouraging mental health awareness can be difficult, but, in the end, it is important for everyone’s emotional growth.

Being supportive over judgmental
